Aptamil Creamed Porridge (4-6m+) 125g

Aptamil Cereal in Sri Lanka, from 4 – 6 months +

Milled corn and rice porridge with milk. The smooth texture of our creamed porridge makes it suitable as a first weaning food. Our deliciously creamy porridge comes in a resealable pack for safe and easy storage, contains added vitamin A, C and D, is gluten-free and contains no preservatives, no added sugar or salt.

Preparation –
Using a clean bowl and feeding spoon:

1. Mix 1 spoonful of cereal with 2 spoonfuls of warm, previously boiled water and stir.
2. If serving warm, check temperature before feeding

This is only a guide, if you want to alter the consistency, add more or less water as required.

Breastfeeding is recommended for the first 6 months of life. The Department of Health recommend weaning at around 6 months. Please speak with a healthcare professional before introducing solid foods.
